Which is why I've not updated in nearly forever. I just haven't been drawing as much as I used to, especially for fun. Anyway, here's what has been going on in the world of Mikayla!

I finally got a job! I was hired to Justice about three weeks ago! If you don't know what Justice is, it is a little girl's clothes store. It's a pretty easy going job, not going to lie, and I do like it there despite that they're blaring Disney music 24/7. And not the cool Disney music like the Little Mermaid soundtrack, but all those Disney kids who think they can sing just because they were on a television show. But, it's a nice place to work and my coworkers are cool! My hours are picking up as well, thank goodness, because I am in serious need of the money right now!

As far as school goes, I have got two weeks until I am done with this semester. Still not sure if I'll be taking a class next semester or not. I would love to, but money kind of keeps me from doing that. I finished my paper for my greek vase painting class and only have an exam and some extra credit to worry about for that one still. I am no where finished with my massive project for AP Drawing 2, but I'll get it done. When I'm not at work or in class, I'll work on that project. I want to get it finished, it was such an awesome idea.

And for my drawings here, I haven't gotten much. Posted some more pictures I've taken, mainly of my sister and my Halloween costumes, which despite the cost restraints, turned out pretty freakin' sweet. I'm very proud and impressed with myself. Another thing, the most latest picture I uploaded of Chris Richardson... excuse me while I die, but I don't think I've ever drawn anything that good (the actual drawing is better than the scanned version, though). Plus, Chris Rich himself left me a comment about it on facebook. I can die happy now.

So... yeah. That's a small update on what's going on. I want to draw more. I've been drawing and writing a lot recently, and once I get out of school, I should have more time. Hooray for more time!!
